Support OvCaRe

The goal of the Ovarian Cancer Research program is to develop treatments that prevent ovarian cancer from recurring. We also hope to find genetic markers to help us tailor treatment for individual women. Ultimately, we are working to find a cure.

Funds will be used to set up laboratories, to fund researchers, to test new drugs and establish a Chair in Ovarian Cancer Research. The researcher who holds this chair will provide leadership for the Ovarian Cancer Research team and work collaboratively with scientists and doctors in BC and around the world.

Donations can be made through the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation or the BC Cancer Foundation. If donating through the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, please select "Ovarian Cancer Research" under FUND ALLOCATION to ensure funds are directed to OvCaRe.
